ePropertyData "ePD" has become the National Association of Realtor's official operator of www.CommercialSource.com, an on-line commercial real estate marketplace that will be launched mid-May of this year. ePD will be entering into data content provider agreements with the Commercial Information Exchanges "CIEs" in order to aggregate their member's listings and provide national exposure to those listings at no additional cost. As ePD has
for a long time, been a CIE solutions provider to the Commercial Brokers Association in Seattle and the Houston Realtors Information Services
in Houston, ePD will offer these same services to existing and emerging CIEs around the country.
